Consignment & Auction Services
1. Submit Consignment Form
Please take photos of the consignment product, and list the product name, status and attached accessories through the HEART OF LUXE online consignment form.
2. Quote
After receiving the online form, the customer will first receive a rough quotation, which is based on the goods in the photos. The actual quotation will only be issued after receiving the actual product. Customers may choose delivery the product by SF Express delivery or in person.
3. Product Launch
After further inspection by the staff, if the product is eligible, it will be launched on the consignment or auction store.
4. Sale Status
Customer may check the status of the product under 'My Account'. When the product is successfully sold,...
